For the Digital Strategist role at S+G, we are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience and knowledge in paid social and paid search platforms, digital marketing, tracking and reporting, and client communication. We also want someone who is up for the challenges and opportunities that come with working for a scaleup, growth company.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Working on paid ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics to build new campaigns, optimize existing campaigns and improve performance for our clients.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients to discuss account performance, new ideas and next steps to help them achieve the best return on investment.
• Developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
• Reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data (e.g., within Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc) to develop actionable insights that assist with strategic planning, KPI improvement, and growth.
• Collaborating with our Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients’ brand and audience.
• Help to grow startups, scaleups and enterprise clients through clever and strategic digital marketing.
• Monitor platform updates to anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience working on paid search and social ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc) with experience managing campaigns from A-Z including creation, tracking and tagging setup, optimizing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects in a data-driven environment.
• Adaptability with a strong desire to continuously learn and develop your skills.
• Drive to continuously grow our S+G client roster and team through providing exceptional customer service with a focus on nurturing relationships and proactive problem solving.
• 1+ year of experience using Google Analytics, setting up conversion goals and UTM parameters for tracking.
• An interest and proactivity in setting up tracking and integrations to collect campaign performance data, including exposure to Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixels.
• An analytical mindset showing accuracy and proficiency with numbers and data, with an ability to build reports and exhibit confidence when presenting findings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment with a continued emphasis on project detail.
• Strong communication skills both internally and client facing with a friendly demeanour and the ability to clearly deliver rationale for strategic approaches.
• The ability to accept constructive feedback and apply changes where required.
• Critical thinking skills with the capacity to develop unique approaches to problems and projects.
• Takes initiative in leveraging continuous learning and resources to keep ahead of industry trends.

It’s a bonus if you have experience in…

• A client/account management role with a proven ability to enhance partner experiences and build strong rapport through effective communication.
• Programmatic advertising platforms (e.g. StackAdapt, DV360).
• Data visualization softwares such as DataStudio or Tableau.
• Task management/Gantt chart software (e.g. Asana, Monday.com).
• Developing recommendations for landing pages and ads, as well as utilizing A/B tests to drive performance.

For the Sr. Digital Strategist role at S+G, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience and a proven track record of developing strategic planning and campaign optimizations to benefit the client. We also want someone who is up for the challenges and opportunities that come with working for a scaleup, growth company.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Leading work on ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics to set up, understand and improve performance for our clients.
• Assist with developing the knowledge and skills of our junior team members.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients to discuss account performance, new ideas and next steps that need to be taken.
• Continuously growing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
• Developing and providing detailed reports on the data from analytics platforms and/or CRMs, (including Google Analytics, SalesForce, HubSpot, etc).
• Collaborating with our Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients’ brand and audience.
• Help to grow startups, scaleups and enterprise clients through clever and strategic digital marketing.
• Provide insights into new trends and features on platforms
• Troubleshoot potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience working on paid and search ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc).
• Paid ad experience managing campaigns from A-Z including creation, tracking and tagging setup, optimizing budgets, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Being proactive and self motivated, highly curious and collaborative.
• Drive to continuously develop our junior team members and grow our S+G client roster.
• 2+ years of experience using Google Analytics, setting up conversion goals and UTM parameters for tracking.
• An analytical mindset showing accuracy and proficiency with numbers and data, with an ability to build reports and present findings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills both internally and client facing with a friendly demeanour and the ability to clearly deliver rationale for strategic approaches.
• Skilled in developing platform strategies and leading team members in campaign optimization within pre-set budgets.
• Confidence in your work, especially during client interactions.
• The ability to accept constructive feedback and apply changes where required.

• Have experience with DataStudio.
• Are used to working in task management/Gantt chart software (e.g. Asana, Monday.com).
