Based on extensive research and interviews with daycare owners and parents, the app was built to help parents stay informed about their child’s well-being while they’re in a daycare or preschool program. The company is based in Toronto, Canada, and has been recognized as one of Canada’s fastest growing startups.
When we first met with the HiMama team, they needed help setting up, structuring and scaling up their paid social campaigns. They were already running Google Ads, but we needed to ramp it up dramatically in order to achieve their goals. HiMama needed to reach child care owners & directors who were ready to ditch the paperwork and move their admin tasks online. From parent communication, to payment processing, activity planning, and much more.
We built HiMama’s Facebook ad account from scratch. We have since tested copy, imagery & landing pages to find the optimal combinations that maximize conversion rates. One of our headlines, “HiMama is a Daycare Owner’s Dream,” is a high performer and remains one of their winning headlines to this day. Facebook is now regarded as a primary source of leads for HiMama.
In addition, we worked to flesh out their Google Search, Display, Youtube, Discover & Google Play campaigns, introducing new copy and adopting more sophisticated targeting methods. Google has gone from a limited single-campaign to a fully fleshed out platform and is currently their most cost effective source for bottom funnel conversions.

With the lead generation engine operating at a reliable level over these past few years, we’ve been able to work with the HiMama team in 2021 to focus on improving lead quality with more sophisticated conversion goals, begin testing video content more rapidly on Youtube & paid social, and develop more campaigns that are higher in the funnel for increased awareness efforts. In 2022, we are looking forward to continue growing our partnership with HiMama by doubling down on A/B testing ad copy, creative & landing pages.
