In our line of work, the numbers provide proof for the end results. We expect each member of the team to be truthful and transparent about our work and the results, and be open about what can be improved on going forward.
By now you’ve either heard or personally experienced inequality, verbal/non-verbal discrimination, or harassment in a workplace. S+G aims to prevent those experiences from starting here by hiring those who not only do great work but have an attitude of care toward everyone around them.
We couldn’t stop there though. Minimizing inequality was just the first step. S+G also believes in maximizing equity for race, gender, and orientation. We believe in equitable opportunities for all.
